How quickly can you come out for a leak?
Same day where possible, seven days a week. If we cannot complete before the next rain, we tarp temporarily — included in the visit.
When should I repair vs replace?
If the roof has 8+ years of expected life left and the damage is localised, repair. If it is over 20 years old with multiple failed areas, replacement is the better long-term value.
Can a leak be fixed from inside?
Only as a temporary patch. The actual leak source is almost always outside, even if the water shows up several metres away on a ceiling.
Do you handle insurance claims?
Yes. Photo documentation and itemised estimates suitable for direct adjuster submission.
What does a typical repair cost?
Straightforward shingle and flashing repairs are normally a few hundred to about $1,500. Skylights and deck patching run higher. Free written estimate before any work.
What does the 2-year warranty cover?
